Circa 1980 – A beautiful Fleur de Lis brooch set with 57 round brilliant diamonds (total weight 0.85 carats) and centered on a gorgeous Russian carré cut emerald. We particularly love the playful swirls of this stylised lily motif by Strebel. The reverse boasts a treat of skilfully executed ajour cuts to seat the gems – a true sign of exquisite craftsmanship. The Fleur de Lis motif has been used by nobility throughout the ages and this delightful brooch would equally grace a stylish gent’s lapel.
