Description
Fine diamond drop earrings (most likely Art Deco) articulated for a fluid movement that maximises the sparkle of the gorgeous diamonds. The top of the earring features two old cut diamonds in a cut-away setting, supporting an articulated geometric diamond set drop, and terminating in two striking pear shaped diamonds. The pear shaped diamonds are 1.29 carat and 1.36 carat of D colour and VS clarity respectively.
The stunning diamonds tell only part of the tale – close inspection shows the exquisite workmanship that went into making these earrings: from the carefully cut away settings at the top, through the beautiful hand-cut settings of the drops, and seamlessly executed spectacle setting of the pear shaped diamonds. A true time capsule as they just don’t make them like this anymore.
